It’s entirely possible that you won’t be happy with what you order. In that case, we’ll accept free returns for eligible items. Reach out to us via email or phone within 30 days of receiving your purchase so we can get the return process started. You should probably use package tracking so you can know for sure when we get your return. If you’re returning an order under $50, you’ll be responsible to take care of shipping. For orders of $50 or more, reach out to us for free return shipping.
Then again, you might just want the thing you bought, but in a different color or size. That’s fine. We’ll honor any price changes if you reach out within the return period. Exchanges can only be made on unused and unopened products. Reach out, we’ll help you through the process. Some exclusions may apply.
