At Metro Jewelry you can buy with confidence. We stand behind the quality of all our products. All warranty repairs are completed at no cost to you. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping to Metro Jewelry. Scratches, scuffs, and other aesthetic damages are not covered by this warranty.
Metro Jewelry will reset any loose stone or replace any lost stone with one of similar quality free of charge.
Metro Jewelry will repair or replace any stainless steel jewelry that breaks due to normal wear. This may include but is not limited to a broken link, connector, or clasp. Scratches, scuffs, and other aesthetic damages are not covered by this warranty.
Plating on gold and silver products is covered for manufacturer defects only. Normal wear is excluded from this warranty.
All jewelry sold by Metro Jewelry will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. For all warranty claims, you must send the piece back to Metro Jewelry along with the original purchase receipt. A tracking number must be provided to firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm receipt of a Lifetime Warranty claim. The Lifetime Warranty only covers one repair and/or replacement. The warranty does not cover damage to jewelry other than what is considered normal wear. Lost jewelry is not covered by the warranty. Body jewelry claims are determined on a case by case basis due to hygiene concerns. In order for Metro Jewelry to honor this warranty, identifiable pieces of the jewelry must be provided. This warranty is only valid for jewelry purchased from Metro Jewelry. Metro Jewelry is under no obligation to honor this warranty for pieces it determines it did not manufacture or sell. Any repair or service provided by a third party other than Metro Jewelry will void this warranty. Lifetime Warranty applies only to purchases made in the United States. This warranty is subject to change at any time without notice.
